According to the Statutes the official functional divisions of BH K CIGRÉ

Coordination of the work of the above–mentioned sections is done by
the Secretariat under the direction of the Secretary General. At the
5th Regular Session of the Assembly of BH K CIGRÉ, held 2 October 2003
at Neum, the following officers were elected:

The Board of Directors is the Executive Division of the Assembly, which
is responsible to carry out the decisions, which must be accomplished
between sessions of the Assembly. The Board of Directors consists of:
The President of BH K CIGRÉ
The Vice–President of BH K CIGRÉ
The Presidents of all the Study Committees
A minimum of three distinguished scientific workers from among the members
of the Study Committees
The Secretary General without the right to vote
